Living Well Cottages began not as a business, but as a lifestyle. Back in 2017, we bought our first tiny home — fixed it up, landscaped around it, rented it as an Airbnb, and slowly learned everything the hard way: zoning codes, septic hookups, skirting, decks, transport logistics, and how to make a small space truly feel like home.
Over the years, we realized — there are many people out there who want a tiny home. And far too many sellers who only build and deliver units, without guiding the buyer through the messy, confusing setup. So we changed the script: we became operators first — and trusted consultants second.
Today, Living Well Cottages is run by a husband-and-wife team, passionate about honest tiny-home living. We don’t just build Park Model RVs.
