Foundation: Supported by a robust 10” I-Beam Frame with a detachable hitch. Framing includes 2×6 Floor Joists and 2×4 Exterior Walls (16” O.C.).
Interiors: Standard features include the warm, rustic look of Tongue & Groove Knotty Pine Interior walls, recessed lighting, and full Thermal Double Pane Vinyl Windows.
Kitchen & Bath: The home provides a full kitchen setup with custom cabinets, Formica countertops, and a full-size refrigerator. The 5′-4″ long Bathroom includes a comfort height toilet and a full bathtub/shower combination.
